A Clarion Call

It is time again for new startups to showcase their innovation. The federal government has created a platform for fifty most innovative startups in Nigeria. This maiden event which takes place in July brings outstanding innovations to the limelight.

The Aso Villa Demo day is a program with the aims of promoting entrepreneurship, creating jobs and economic development through the use of new and emerging technologies. The event is a celebration of the best Nigerians with innovations in technology and creativity.

There will also be presentations of inspiring speeches by intellectually sound leaders and experts from various economic sectors in Nigeria.

The Host

The best startups will be hosted by President Muhammadu Buhari from across the country as they make a presentation of their innovative ideas to a large audience of investors and decision-makers in the public and private sector.

The Plan

Aso Villa Demo Day 2016 plans to give hundred startups the platform to pitch their ideas before a devoted panel of judges, investors and  sponsors.

THE PITCH as the event is called will take place on Thursday, June 23rd at the landmark Event Centre, Lagos. Another event known as THE UNVEILING will be conducted subsequently at State House Conference Centre, Abuja on Thursday, July 28th.
