Shipping Policy

At Flourish, we offer the best of recommended seedlings for your horticultural hobbies.

  • Customers are advice to count their seedlings and confirm that they are complete before leaving the pick-up point, while the driver is still there.
  • Once they ensure the driver or any delivery agent witnesses any missing seedlings, they should kindly inform us at the pick-up point. But to avoid this from occurring, we will carefully count the seedlings when loading and we add additional seedlings ranging from 5 to 20 depending on the seedlings you are buying and the quantities as well.
  • For missing seedlings in case it occurs based on circumstances beyond our control, customers should kindly inform us at the pick-up point for confirmation with our logistics department who will contact them on the delivery status.
  • Deliveries and pick-up are scheduled Mondays to Saturdays (nationwide) they will receive their seedlings from Monday to Saturday or on a scheduled day as informed by the Driver or Afrimash logistics staff.
  • They should kindly place their orders one week and at least three weeks pre-booking for states outside Delta State, before expected delivery days.
  • We do not offer doorstep/farm delivery.
  • We accept the nearest motor park or a transport company.
  • Customers should please be at the pick-up point in time to avoid delays and to enable both parties to count the seedlings for confirmation.
  • Claims after leaving the pick-up point will not be attended to.
  • Shipping of seedlings within Delta State will cost ₦70 while other states will cost ₦120.

Refund Policy

  • Refund should be sought only if your issue is not resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • Change of Price or Unavailability of a Product: In the case of a change in price or unavailability of a product, you could change your order or request that we send your money to your store credit with Afrimash (that is your Afrimash Wallet). Then, you can use the money to shop on Afrimash later. There is no cash refund for store credits.
  • Refunds are approved only after the conditions required for refund are met. When there is no other alternative, a refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  • To request a refund, after you are logged into Afrimash.com, go to My Account > Orders > Support ... for the order in question. Enter the details of your request and send.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Items eligible for return are only prompted after due consultation with our Customer Experience and Logistics Department before commencing the return process once approved.
  • When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.
  • We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
